PRIVACY & GUIDANCE
Care includes your privacy.
Development preview notice. This describes the current application; the operator must finalize the commercial privacy policy before public onboarding.
What is stored
Your account stores your name, email and any phone number or address you choose to add. Questionnaire answers are processed to generate a routine and are saved to your account only when you choose Save. Saved routines include answers, content versions, product snapshots and revision history. Schedules store your chosen times, time zone, routine snapshots, completion records and optional notes. Your language preference stays in this browser.
Your controls
From My routines you can edit your profile, update a saved routine, delete a routine or permanently delete your Beautika account. Account deletion removes the application profile, answers, routine history, schedules, completion records and sessions. For Supabase accounts it also removes the Beautika sign-in identity; it does not delete your Google, Apple or ChatGPT account. A pending deletion blocks new account changes until cleanup succeeds.
Authorized access and providers
Staff access is limited by role. Authorized customer-support staff can review and change routines with a recorded reason. Staff audit records may retain action metadata. Sites hosts the private preview; the application uses cloud database and image storage. Supabase handles email, Google and Apple sign-in when configured, alongside the existing ChatGPT option. Security records include rate-limit identifiers. This version has no advertising analytics.
Cosmetic guidance only
This tool does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Drafts and testing approvals are labelled. Live product matching requires published pharmacist-reviewed rules and independently verified product formulations. Stop a product that causes burning, swelling or persistent irritation and seek professional advice. Product references do not guarantee safety or availability.
Before public launch
This remains a private testing preview. The operator must configure real sign-in providers, complete pharmacist review, disable testing access, and finalize contact details, age policy, retention and backup periods, applicable privacy requirements and provider disclosures before inviting general customers.
